NEET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- The candidates should have passed or will be appearing for the Class 12 Board exam (orequivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as main subjects.
- To be eligible:
- General category applicants should achieve a minimum of 50% aggregate marks,General-PwD applicants should achieve a minimum of 45%,
- Applicants belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and Reserved PwD should have a minimum of 40%.
- The candidates should be 17 years old or older as of December 31, 2026. There is no age limit to appear in the exam.
- Furthermore, Indian Nationals and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) interested in studying MBBS or BDS outside India need to pass NEET 2026, as organized by the National Testing Agency(NTA).
